Summary of the previous part: The U.S. presidential convoy was attacked.

A missile shot down the support helicopter and the assailants managed to separate the two limousines from the rest of the convoy and turned them around.  One of them starts to cut the bulletproof windows to gain access to the CADILLAC where the American president is...

The police officers try to get through, but there is no way to get closer... Agent CARTER suggests that a tank is needed to break through the vehicles blocking the street...
