Summary of the previous part: Superintendent Jack SMITH of the London Police showed Inspector TENROC and SuperZil the security arrangements in place...

A few moments later, Queen Elizabeth II arrives at the Palace of Westminster where she will make a speech. She is followed by the Royal Family, as well as by other guests like Michelle OBAMO, the new president of the USA.

It is at this moment that the Superintendent receives two envelopes: in the first one a telephone, and in the second one, a slightly irradiated letter ordering to deliver the Georgian terrorist DRAGAN otherwise a bomb with radioactive fuel will explode somewhere in London...
