Summary of the previous part: After having made her speech at the BUNDESTAG, the German Parliament in BERLIN, Michelle OBAMO, the new President of the USA, leaves for RUSSIA...

SuperZil notices at the same time, people on the railroad tracks where the presidential train, "R FORCE ONE", will pass, as well as policemen who settle on a mobile crane of the building site...

Shortly after, an explosion occurs and the rails are cut, derailing "R FORCE ONE" as it passes...

An individual takes advantage of this to climb on the train and hooks the train to the mobile crane... This one starts to lift the trains in which is the President of the USA...
